New Grower Stupid Question?

Ok, I have a question, and I think I know the answer, but I'm not totally sure...so here it is;
If my regular Stone Dragon seed turns out to be male, and I let it grow out, in the end will I have a bunch of viable, regular, Stone Dragon seeds?

I assume you are a male. Can you get pregnant? Males only produce pollen, females produce the seeds after they have been pollinated by the males.
