Super coco potting mix?

Hello guys. I'm a new grower and was looking at subcools TLO recipe when i stumbled on this. I actually have a bag on the way through Amazon. I was going to pick up Tga soil but this is a lil cheaper. Has anyone ever heard of it?

I haven't, but definitely do a grow journal. If it's as good as they say, I want to try it.
