Hello everyone. I will be doing a Super Soil vs AN Nutes side by side comparison in 100% Coco. I will use 2 gal pots, and have 3 different strains. Sour Crinkle, Bluetoof, and Gold Glue. I will do 2 of each, one each way.

I started the seeds and of course the mail was late...so I had to plant them in cups of Coco and will transplant when ready...no big deal.

So I will be using Super Soil as directed and also add some recharge once a week. Maybe Molasses in flower. First time trying Super Soil.

AN Nutes Coco A/B and some additives along the way. I have not done any of these strains, so I will have to see how they do. I will add pics in a few days, nothing really to see yet. Just some seedlings in cups. Peace, slow

BTW, lighting is Cobs, they will all get equal lights. I am hoping Super Soil wins. I love the thought of not mixing nutes daily. I don't even care if Super Plants yield less, if quality is equal or better. I just made 2 pots of Super Soil, 2 TBSP per first gal of Coco, then 1 TBSP next layer, then Straight Coco with some Mycos mixed in the last layer. Thanks @gbd. Peace slow

What all is in the "super soil" mix? Im curious to see how it goes.
It's an organic mix that you add to your medium. Im not going to ask the exact ingredients, but I can smell some fish in it! I have been growing so long that I enjoy trying different things. I really don't enjoy making nutes daily. I tried Biotabs a year ago, spent $900 to try the whole line up. It was the worst grow of my life, but not mixing nutes for a couple months helped me when I had my hip replacement a year ago. Needless to say I have about $600 worth of Biotabs products sitting collecting dust. Biotabs don't work in Coco. I hope Super Soil does!

If the results are good I will set up my Automated watering system next time. @gbd I could also try air injection, do you know if this would work with Super Soil? Sometimes air injection and organics don't jive. With NUTES air injection speeds growth and flower production by a week on every strain I have tried in smaller pots. I will be using 2 gal pots, which is the LARGEST size pots I use with Coco. Thanks for following along, I have 2 Sour Crinkle seeds that will be planted directly into final pots, the Blue Toof and Gold Glue seeds will be transplanted when ready.

Damn, biotabs aren’t good?? That’s a bummer to hear as I just ordered their starter kit!!
