Suspected root rot 1st grow

I will look into it but quick google search didnt help me with findind anything that containts it nor any store where they sell it

heres pics of the most affected leaves i took off today otherwise it looks good i noticed today after soil got dry it stopped smelling and after i watered again it smell bad is it root rot or what you guys think

Please guys i added some pics can you help me please
If it smells bad it is bad. If you cannot buy anything to fix it, and face it you are running out of time. The only last resort I can think of is to carefully rinse all of the dirt off of the roots and gently clean away any slimy bits and transplant it into clean soil. Or just chuck that plant onto the compost pile and learn the lesson.

I think its getting better been flushing her and i will see whats next still no signs of rot anywhere neither on buds stems or leaves
