so sorry to cause any anxiety...I've been watching your grow ,but I never realized those were f2 beans...I have found out the hard way about backcrossing...you gain lots of seed but you might loose some of the traits you admired in the original parents...
the 3 fingered "auto" leaf that looks so dominant at first usually gives way to a "sati" looking (thin fingers) leaf on a long stem...it almost looks like the leaf was designed to grow away from the mainstem far enough not to interfere with light getting to the buds. this leaf trait and the "affie" bud structure are what I notice first in a Dragon.
