Lighting Switch from 250W MH

I currently use a 250 HID MH with 2x 40W CFL in my veg tent.

Tent = 48 x 32 60

If I was to go LED, is there a light that would provide COMPETE coverage for this tent; I assume there is?

For vegging autos and super autos, what would be the lowest power?

Brands that will not break me? What brands will lie to me / rip me off?

OR, whats wrong with your current system for vegging? HID, HID, HID, HID!!!!!!
