Grow Mediums TD Coco Grow in 2 gal smart pots

Hi Folks,

I am looking for any comments or suggestions to my planned Think Different grow using coco (without perlite) in 2 gallon smart pots in a 2x4x5 tent using a MarsHydro 144x5w led. I will use H&G nutes. Can you tell me:
1. How many plants I should do in this setup
2. How many times a day should I water
3. Is the MarsHydro led a good choice for this
4. How long to expect before harvest
5. Any other grow tips from personal experience you may have

Holy Moly thats a lot of questions. But You definitly came to the right place so Welcome I can tell you your lights are fine I use the same in the same size box. As for all of your other questions they are all answered in the stickies in this section. Definitely look at Truu's. He has the guide that most start off with if you are dripping. Oh and one other thing I grew 4 soil 3 gallon pots my first go and it was slightly crowded. However Im on my first grow with Coco and I will be lucky if two fit in there. Right now I only have one plus a soil and she takes up at least half. Check Out my grows in my signature.

Drip sytem or hand feed?
14-16 weeks.

Thanks Roark. I am thinking of starting hand watering 3 x day. But I am also thinking of using a Blumats drip system eventually. What do you think of them?

Haven't used a drip system. Hit up @Waximus , @Ronin or @Wile e Peyote maybe even @JAYAR .
If your going 3x a day keep it to short bursts of feeding.

hey dude ive never grown think different before but heard it can get big maybe start off with 2 there is no reason why you wouldn't 5 +ounces per plant im using 10 litre air pots at the start i only water when the coco looks dry on top that could be once every 2 days or every day(500mls per plant) depending how much they drink and i start off on 1/4 strength nutes at the start i never water to run off you want the roots searching for water i hand water for the first 2 to 3 weeks then put them on my drip system(home made) and in the first week on the drip i will water twice a day then bump up the feeds up to 6 times a day heres a link to a home made system so easy to make https://www.autoflower.org/index.ph...y2015-a-drip-system-for-the-rest-of-us.39812/
any more questions feel free to ask oh and the mars hydro lights are good i run a 1200watt LED uses about the same power as a 600 watt hps but much cooler click the link in my sig its all in my grow logs dude
