Hi, A friend just got this light and it worked for 1 day and now it won't turn on.

I turns on for a second then shuts off. anyone have any Ideas?
 
what a shame 2g11s are great bulbs and the only grow light using them is junk I guess only the DIY crowd can benefit from these. what a shame
