I use space heaters in both my areas to keep the night temps up. Soil, not air temp is the key. When the soil temps starts to drop into the 60s it inhibits the uptake of P. The plants can show this via the stems turning red or purple. If you have your pots sitting directly on a cold floor, especially a cement one, raise them up or put a heat mat under the pots. The best thing I ever did for temp control was to install one of these:
