Good read.
http://www.all-about-ph.com/ph-measurement.html

Noticed this because my basement gets really cold at night and was making my water freezing cold by time I watered my plants so now a hour before feed ill set my water on a heating pad take the chill off and I noticed a difference in my ph reading. I will be keeping a close eye on this because this could be causing ph issues with some growers. I can't see it being a bigger issue in colder weather.

I run into the same thing. Where I have my RO storage gets cold this time of year, colder than I like to feed. I usually put my feed water in a 5 gallon bucket and bring it into the house over night to warm up. Temps will effect the pH reading, so when looking at pH meters it's always good to buy one with automatic temperature compensation. Here's a chart that shows how temps effect the pH.
