Ok just a quick one, if I set my light to 250 watt it tends to sit around 24-26 maybe down to 22 ish at night, and if I switch it to 400 watt it sits around the 28-32 mark, which would be the preferred option?
from what I read people say different things so I’m interested to hear any opinions.
thanks

Really depends on where your plant is at. I'd like to have it above 26 early in life, and drop some 22 to 26 in flower. All with appropriate rH. But... the light will be needed in flower, so dealing with getting the temp down a couple of degrees would be optimal. VPD uses leaf temp as apposed to tent temp.

So aim to keep it on 400? To be honest, the the weather is seriously cooling now anyway so I can’t see dropping it a few degrees is going to be a problem

If your girls are seedlings, you could turn it off to save the power, little ones don't use a lot, but if your in late veg or flower, I'd want all the light I could get.
I prefer doing indoor in the winter, in the summer it's full AC, full humidifier to keep temps & rH stable.
Winter I get to mix from outside air and inside, giving me a cool time and a warm time... and I don't fight rH nearly as much. More interesting with strains that like to color up.

I did two originally but didn’t get them under lights soon enough so one died and one seems pretty retarded, so I did two new ones. Would you say stick to 250 watts for the time being?
