Old Reviews Tent for 8inch exhaust openings?

Hi folks

Shopping around for a new tent and probably going with 8inch fan and filter. Any tents ppl know of that openings for that size? Otherwise I'll need an adapter, but doesnt that defeat the purpose if I have to from 8 inch fan into 4 or 6 inch ducting? Grateful for input. Good vibes

I have a 4x8 Vivosun tent and a 8'' exaust fan.The opening for the flexible is tight but fine.
Have to keep the fan at minimum speed to control my temp and rh. How big is your tent ?

2x4x5 but likely to upgrade to bigger and that's where I'll need more. Aim is to run the fan at low speed to minimize noise and avoid any smells outside the tent. Thanks for your response. Its helpful

The 8'' filter is a huge surface to scrub any odors.You should be fine but with the filter and lights you won't have a lot of room under in a 5' tent...
