I've had good luck so far with seller low_baller on Amazon. I will be getting my intake/exhaust and tent from him.....He sells "Apollo Horticultural"
I know another AFN'er that got a tent from him and is very pleased My UFO (and other little stuff) is from him and has been doing great.

Yeah, I have used low_baller on Amazon as well and been happy with the prices and service. Had an inline fan with bad bearings that rattled like a can full of bumblebees and he sent me a new one out right away.

Thanks guys i learn something new everday here.Low Baller from amazon is great got my ufo led from him and my carbon/fan combo. really great prices and he stays on top of all his orders! and nothing ive gotten from him has came broken or broke yet.

how do you guys feel about putting the fan/filter on the floor of the tent? My tent is 4x2x4 and I have 3 plants. I feel like I have plenty of room to put it on the floor if I wanted to. I have no idea how I would hang this stuff and I definitely am not buying anything else for it lol. I have some zip ties but thats about it. I'd much rather just set it on the floor and use ducting to the exhaust hole.

Don't mean toi hijack the thread, butm has anyone bought an Apllo grow tent? Are they any good?I see this low_baller sells them I'm thinking I might buy a pair of 48"x48"x80" tents for this winter.

Freiya, how's the heat in your tent? Putting the fan/filter at the top pulls out the heat that rises up there. If you have it drawing air from the floor, it's removing fresh, cool air that has just been sucked into the tent. It can work, but it's not ideal. I have used zip ties hooked together to hang a filter/fan and it worked fine. An even easier option is using tie down straps like you'd put on a trailer or truck bed. Having a second set of hands is very useful, though I usually do it myself and I haven't broken anything yet. :smoke:

You can stand up the filter with the fan mounted on top, it will work just fine. don't put it horizontal, the fans can get hot and scorch the tent.

My memory is toast with all the people I talk to on AFN but someone here just bought one (24 x 48 x 60) and said they were pleasantly surprised by the quality and stitching....
