I knew a guy many years ago that used to extract oil from stems and branches using acetone, then mix the oil with tobacco and smoke it

I wasn't that sophisticated, just ground up the stems with a little tobacco and smoked it. I swear I got high from that.

I doubt the brick weed we were burning in 1970's South Texas was much more than 6%.
