I am really learning to hate them Ants love them they eat their sap messy sappy pine cones and needles OH MY!

The absolute only positive to my clump of pine trees is I can get some good leaf mold if I dig around.
My pine trees have cost me quite a bit of money. I've lost three really massive ones, with one of those coming into the house.

No sunbeams for breakfast this morning... ...just grey and humid.....

The more mature girls on the right have been bikini trimmed to let the buds get the max ripening.

Cross made...and looking at the browning trics should be fine....

Now they have been trimmed...you can see what the tomato rings does....just forces an air space in the middle..for max sun and ventilation.
