oops-- forgot Mango Sapphire - burly girl too, significant stank coming from her..

Not a huge girl, but she's looking very promising at this point.
Last year the older plants were all too big, the SSSTN crosses all a little too small, haha.
This may be just about right.
She's going to stretch for weeks to come,
but she only puts on like 10 cm per week.
Maybe hit 150 cm = 54' or so at this rate.
Perfect.
Maria luv, I was wondering what fate awaited you after the last posting... great to see all's well 😍
This is your GoldieLocks girl, just right in the right ways!
She is certainly middle zone bushing, agreed,...time indeed for some nip & tuck... My main worry is that dense cover mid-canopy invites various potential vermin to shack-up and start causing pains...
I'm really looking forward to seeing her finish, this was a gem dropped in your lap!

😬 damn feral dogs... they weren't around last season, right?

Haha, yeah, access was tricky, so no photo updates for a while, and only one visit in between.
(I call 'Guerilla Grow Card' for missing updates.)
But the regular rain this season has kept her just fine.
The pond (permanently flooded balcony) has had a nice water top up, too.

I will clean her up a bit next visit.
Yes, keep it clear and open, promote airflow, no nice place to set up a nest for bugs and stuff.
There's a good chance my next visit will also involve transplanting out those pure haze seedlings.
I have three right now, two a bit older, one younger, by like a week only.
Plus I'm dropping other beans left right and center, too,
like (Grail NLD x ThaiFrican) and (Lemon 'n' Lime Jones x (Grail x ThaiFrican)) and (Nev Haze x Mullumbimby) and straight (ThaiFrican).
Hazes in one of the other pots, and whatever else comes up in the other pot once they're big enough.

The dogs have always been in the area.
They just move around day to day, partly dependent on the weather, partly on who is, or is not, feeding them, I think.
Mostly they run from people, but I think one of them is a bit more challenging and loud.

Yours a looking good.
That chunky Nederlands Skunk is cool, very chunky looking.
And the C99 auto crosses too.
Keen to see how WildBill's Crazy Asian runs with your climate.
They all look great, as ever.
You must really baby your girls, haha.
What are your plant count limits there these days?

@Waira

Crazy Asian sure looks like AHz. Maybe just slightly less organized, but throwing those big ol' 9 finger fans. The big one outdoors through some elevens too! I can easily palm a basketball and some of those elevens were only slightly smaller.
If she is as mold resistant as AHz, then you should have a very nice harvest.
It'll be interest to see what kind of smoke she produces. The finger hash from harvesting the seeds was tasty in my table top vape.

The templeballs I made from AHz were outstanding with massive flavor and powerful high. I really want to be able to run ice water hash as my main concentrate extraction process, someday. I can make more templeballs and my normal live rosin, but I want to try and make Piatella. Supposedly,Piatella tastes insane, but I think that's a tall order over a properly made and aged Templeball.

I agree, a lot of structure and presentation overlap! Only Kushy trait that stands out is the fatter fingers and generally less node stacking, at least vs. the boosh mine was...
To date nobody else has done a full OD run of her but us two...and we had different pheno's, and Sun hours - :smokeit:

Billy, I was digging around for info on your grow a while back (kick me for missing that!), and you mentioned yours had what sounded to be an absurd blend of aromas..? :wtf::haha:
I figured Jean's CK could take her to some wild combo territory with some pheno's that blend the parent's aromas... hoping that's me with this one!

That's what I'm hoping for is a really unique flavor. Very good possibility with the combo of the two.
You know the outdoors going to taste different than what we're doing in inside. That's why I want to go ahead and make another Temple ball with Asian Haze. I'm just hoping the uniqueness of those first temple balls, were not due to being grown outdoors. That is a distinct possibility. The quality of the indoor bud is extremely good . I am adding a fair amount of UVA.
So depending on the smoke report and probably all the scratching and sniffin reports, pre-harvest :eyebrows: :eyebrows: :eyebrows:
I want to make a another round of nice large temple balls. :eyebrows::eyebrows::eyebrows::eyebrows:

Speaking of smoke report. I just vaped Some of the Asian haze that has been sitting in the CannaTrol for about 7 months. I got very distinct hints of cat piss. Just hints ........ very subtle, but very detectable. I didn't have anything else in there either.

It still come out absolutely beautiful out of the grinder! Absolute perfect for rolling a joint, if I did that stuff. It's better than what I have stored in my Grove bags. I might put what I have in the Grove bags in there for a few weeks to see if it will rehydrate them a little bit.

There's nothing like temple balls for taste. I might try making some temple balls with Kerosene Krash. Now that might be some knockout temple balls, literally. It has Gorilla Glue #4 As one of its parents. It might be kinda interesting to have a nice tasty smoke just before going to bed!:biggrin::biggrin:

True enough! .... but with so few grown, we have no clue what sort of pheno' spread there is, so it's difficult to say what differences are attributable to being ID/OD and what are pheno' variants... Or both! 😵‍💫
...your repro' takes this even further...
UV addition makes a significant difference, done right...

I have a friend who grows in two separate rooms. His newest lights have integrated but independently operable UV bars on them... I get samples from him on occasion, and this last batch had repeat grows of some same cultivars but these were grown under the UV lights... 100% certain, apples-to-apples, more potent and the terpene profiles and content were richer and stronger! It took some runs and testing to see how much to give them for best effect, and naturally, one "size" doesn't fit all,...but too much and the plants let you know it!
This is why I trouble myself to schlep my autos in and out of the tent for weeks so I can bake them in the Sun :wiz:

It's a fun mystery, this long cure aroma shifting... I found it runs the gamut from staying much the same, just faded to WTF transformations that are simply unaccountable
hmmm.gif
LOL ... some preserve very nicely, others pale out disappointingly fast even under identical storage conditions...
I don't recall what terpene (or combo most likely) gives that urea/ammonia-like tang. My AHz was aroma-stable, favored the Haze side of the family all the way... That you got hints of cat pee is interesting!

I'll do a nice stem rub on Crazian tomorrow and see what she hints at...

I use the HLG UVA LED light bar that attaches directly to my HLG DIABLO 650R.
It's 30 watts, designed for 12 hr. cycle in a 4' x 4' or 5' x 5' space.
I think it does affect strains differently. I think some strange react more. That VidaMints went all violet/black, stacked and REALLY greasy. I did hit that tent too hard the first round. They were autos and I ran the same 18/6 as the main. I would say lessen the yield, but I really can't say that because the buds on all the girls in the tent were just rock hard. I definitely did not like the condition of the leaves at the end. They had thickened quite considerably. I think that was the plant's response to the UVA .

The next run I backed off to the correct 12/12 light cycle for the UVA. :face: :haha: I re grew VidaMints and her natural senescence was a deep maroon. She was bigger but I used a bigger pot. She seemed just the same amount of greasiness and frostiness, or at least I couldn't tell the difference. Still crazy that a reported 50/50 THC/CBD can put a hellacious fade on you.:yoinks::yoinks::rofl::haha::haha::haha: Live Rosin in a silly little Swordfish! It was hardcore AF!:baked::chimp:

Nite!
