Morning Stoners

Just an update……(I say it loosely)

Not much has changed, still pushing it everyday on X, other socials keep restricting, banning and people “reporting” me so I’ve kind of given up on them.

Trying to ensure people it’s not a scam or I’m a fake.

Asking people to donate if they can…..(Scrounger, Ponce, Bum had all of it lol).
It’s Highly frustrating because I have spoken to all sorts of companies & people who have “advocated” that the cannabis world industries will bolster one another but I don’t see it? What because it’s a start up? It’s only sharing it and spreading the word it costs fuck all.

All I can do is keep pushing and asking people to help me out.

I'm trying to think of something positive to say but eh, sometimes it's just not the right time. Legalization took decades over here and it's still not everywhere. Might be a long term plan that doesn't work out until much later.

Perhaps a problem is that what you propose is not the usual scale. It's more than, not in the same class of an individual residence having a few bed-breakfast/overnight rentals, and it's too small scale to be a real business. Particularly if you want to get money from companies, banks, affluent investors, etc., it needs to be larger scale, making it more readily able to be evaluated.

It could become a "money pit," with more expenses and problems than you project. For ex., will you be able to get property and business insurance? What about licenses/permits, insurance, taxes, pilferage, publicity, water supply and sewage, security, electricity, other utilities, publicity/marketing, cost of providing high-speed WiFi for guests, inevitable damage done by guests, and other costs that add up to a lot? By US standards, your budget/scale is way too small to start a business, much less such a land and building-intensive business.

Why not go BIG, using other people's money? Perhaps look for cabin (or equivalent) or country house vacation rental facilities, rural motels, campgrounds, etc. for sale. These would have baseline finances (costs would be known, established) such that you and 3rd party investors could better understand the business model tweaks you propose.

I once considered vacationing in the outright cannabis-promoting (and supplying) B&Bs/motels in Colorado, but the costs/night were ridiculous. Perhaps, check out these places, how they get started, how they operate, profitability, what's similar and different vs. what you propose, etc.

I understand what you mean, but with legality in the UK I was trying to start on a smaller scale to keep a little under the radar for the beginning.
Investment from companies won’t happen like you say unless I’m on a HUGE scale (so I’ve given up on that).
I know im henching my bets on crowdfunding and deep down i know it wont happen but ive got nothing to lose. (If the likes of Bonnie blue and Lily Phillips can make money surely I can in some way lol)

It’s always been a bit of dream (maybe it will stay that way).

I won’t go into UK regulations too much etc but it’s only 4/5 lodges (maybe even converted containers) under certain height, a toilet block and maybe 1 other building will all be movable.


US is a lot more expensive when it comes to insurance bills etc. average cost to run a 5 bed b&b in the UK is around 15,000-20,000 (insurances, utilities etc) and that’s a physical building.


The genuine only reason stopping me is funding and I know that sounds cocky and arrogant but I’ve spent a lot of time covering the “shitty” side that to a point I could work for the local council planning and a commercial insurance company looool

Unfortunately I’m asking people to part with their hard earned cash which was also a taboo but f*ck it, you don’t ask you don’t get and if no one makes a change in the UK it will all just stay the same.

Some members only and some open to the public. (All the nudist swingers etc) but when it comes to cannabis clubs there is some but no “b&bs” to my knowledge. There could be places that allow people to smoke but probably by word of mouth

California before legalization there? Any areas where among all the large illegal grows and related commerce a cannabis-friendly B&B would be the last thing anyone would be concerned about? A place where it would be just another stoner/hippie-oriented local business? Any area(s) colonized for decades or otherwise largely taken over by hippies?

Is medical use legal in UK or parts of it? If so, call the place a mental retreat/rehabilitation/rest center, and have a physician on staff who will give all adult visitors a medical card.

Have a google and it will blow your mind about the UK and cannabis. We are the biggest if not 1 of…. Cannabis exporters in the world.
