Come on then guys, how do you all keep grow logs, details, etc etc of your grows?
I was just laughed at for not keeping any kind of record of my grows (except my journals on here). To be honest I get mixed up how old they are! I try to read the plants.

Am I missing something?

Dazed.."AFN smoke out"

OK, here is what I do, I run a 3 month calander printed for free from here.

http://www.printfree.com/Calendars.htm

I then write the date I dropped the beans in germ, in soil, the day they sprouted, the days I feed with the strain name on the top of the 3 months of calendars stapled together. On the side of the calendar, I write week 1 week 2 on down the month. I dont really go be day, too many days to deal with. My feed schedule goes by what week I'm in, and if the plants look like they can take more, I give em more and log it on the day until I see leaf tip burn, then I back off a bit. This way, if I decide to change something on my next run of the same strain, I have a reference to what I did last time. Easy enough. having a journal is great, but i do this for myself for future grows. Sorry someone made fun of you. Not cool. Dont let it get to you. What works in one garden might not work in another. Next time you start a grow, try it.

Dazed...it can be anything from a record of what day you are on..to temperature, humidity, feed schedule, water usage, and have seen someone measure height and width of plants daily and produce graphs of these readings... its up to you mate..you dont have to keep records...:Sharing One:

Im like you dazed. The only records I keep are for breeding purposes. In my personal grows I dont keep track of anything but how the plant looks.

Heres what i do bro:

Phone
1. I have a widget on my phone that counts days "day counter", i put 4 counters up on my last screen and i always know what day they are on.

2.I also have a app called "note everything" that i record all my feedings and measurements.so at the end of my grow i can look and tell you every thing that went into my girls and when.

Dry Erase Board:
I have regular one and one that is a calender
the regular one i keep every plants last feed on, so when im mixing up nutes i have a quick referance, i just look up on the wall to what i gave them last time and what i should be giving them next time. then i erase the last feed and put up the new feed and start all over again, i feel if i have time to mix nute i have time to record on the board what i put in the mix, also this helps with my note everything app because some times ill forget to record in my phone the day i fed them so i can always go back and check this to make sure i have my feeding log up to date.

The calender i used to keep track of the days between feeds so i can clearly see how long they are going between feeds.
( i got both for about 5 bucks at walgreens)

Notebook: this is where i keep track of all the extra details about strains, like smells, growth and how long it took to sex/flower,how well they feed, height, final yeild. each strain gets their own page and i make sure to jot down everything i can about them.

Thats how i keep track of my girls.:Sharing One:

See....the best bits......

Yeah I keep a pad with the date of feed and ml/gallon of the nutes I use like a, b, zym, vinegar.. then the ec/ph value. Makes good reference for the next watering.
