LOL!! They've seen my plants before, and it's usually a week or so after chop that they discover them missing. They get all surprised and be like, "Papi, you're plant is gone!! What happened?!" I tell them the plant died so I had to throw it away, AGAIN, and they always console me and tell me I will do a better job with the next plant! LOL! I wonder when that bs stops working on them...? LOL!
My eldest an i were building a trebuche last summer in the back yard. Near on off my candicane. All is good. Were talking math an shit when he stops looks at the plant an me an says.." um ...dad u an mom growing pot?!"
I said yep an went into speech about weed an law anaaall those issues.
He said " i know dad....don't be weird ". All is good. Lol.

Guerilla that'd awesome I'm still trying to figure out how to Handel the cannabis issue with my girlfriends kids they are only 4 and 5 now but they walked in on her the other day smoking haha so I was just like yeah mom's naughty for smoking huh cigarettes are bad for you guys..

In my opinion I would just tell them its medicine. That's about all you can do. I have a hard time keeping my daughter out of my outdoor grows(she's 4) she wants to help water. I can usually give her something else to do but daddies girl. She knows I grow my own meds and she's good with it

Yeah I mean on one hand I feel if we raise a generation of kids that knows it's not the most evil thing when used properly then they might further change the stigma however kids also are the best way to get information so if they do know what yiu do and they tell someone that could be bad news

LMFAO!!! That is hilarious!! How did he end up sounding like he was more comfortable with the subject than you were?! That sounds EXACTLY like something my 8 year old daughter would say to me a few years down the road

It's funny how a little question from one of our kids can have us stuttering and sweating, when we could answer that same question, if it came from the police, with cool, calm, confidence!
At one time I told my daughter I was growing medicine to help out with her mom's vitiligo, which was partially true, but I stopped when my daughter started telling her aunts and uncles that her papi was growing medicine to help with mami's skin. Needless to say, some people caught on...

So it really is a question of how do yiu bring your kids up to know it's good but still illegal? I always had the thought that when the kids got old enough and wanted to start going out drinking with their friends and stuff I was going to allow them do have a beer with good Ole dad I always had the thought if yiu take the (haha this is so cool) out of it they won't feel so omg I gotta try it. If that makes sense

Im really lucky my boys are gifted so it makes things easier. ..concepts an critical thinking. ..no worries my son will tell or slip. He knows it's illegal, that its personal an that hes to young to partake. To him its more akin to my wine making than illegal activities.
