Dude ive been doing muay thai for 19 years, BJJ for the past 7. My elbows and knees look all kinds of screwed up. Bone density just builds up at points of stress and over time makes a rock! Lol my shins are death incarnate! My elbows look alot like yours, comes to a decent point.....good if i need to open up somebody's face!
