So just to share a story.

My uncle is a retired vet drove tanks his whole life and shot artillery. I remember asking him as a kid "you ever kill anyone unc?" He said " they would call me for the steel and i would send it." ""Did ya get him?" "Well, they never called me back." Lol.

Anyway. One day I went over to his house and he had 3 plants. I was shocked by 2 things first, my uncle smokes. Second, these are some shitty plants. They were in 1 gallon containers half full of soil. Like 3 seeds in each. Tall lanky ugly bag seed males. I had him chunk them.

Came over next week with a mars light, GBD supersoil, some happy frog, a root trapper, and a freshly cracked sour stomper. He was amazed when i stuck only one seed in the pot. I showed him how to do what needs to be done and we set up where he had his 3 shitty ones.

One month latter he said "Nephew! Its a Dragon man! I never seen nothin like it its amazing! Its huge! Your aunt is scared of it wont go in the room." I had to go see it. It was like 3.5 to 4 tall. Not bad shape looked on point had some cal mag issues going on. He I'm sure thought it was magazine quality :).

I checked it out last week and he has a nice girl she came down today i think. Nice thick stem bulbous hard buds. You couldn't ask for more from a first try. I think he will be happy with the out come.

Thanks all at mephisto for helping me have a cool memory with my uncle.

Very cool. I've gifted a few Mephisto beans myself to a couple friends who only grow photos, needless to say they were very impressed.

I was speaking to a photo grower the other day and when I said I grow autos he sniggered and said "half ounce off each one yeah?"

I just smiled at the poor fool :crying: :vibe:

I never thought when I joined a Cannabis Forum that I would get emotional, never mind ever getting a tear in my eye!
:smoking:

Being here on AFN and falling in love with Cannabis has been an amazing experience. This story made me think of my Uncle who passed a few months ago...thank you for making me smile and bringing a happy tear to my eye once again. Nice to 'meet' you.

Very nice story, I hope he finds the meds he needs in that gift from you. Thanks for sharing.
