I've only seen that technique a few times (crooked paper, twisted at the end for a pouch), I can roll on the go and in about a minute tops (not including breaking up) and my J's are nice sized, no ballooning or pregnancy.. but yeah, that lady's got some mean skills.

I was thinking there for a second, wow she's kinda hot and can roll J's...cool. Then Watched for a while more and I was like this girl is EXPENSIVE and way outta budget for her J needs.
