Leaves drooping can be from over watering as well as under watering. Try letting them dry out a little. Perhaps water the soil a little further away from the seedling so the moisture will wick through the soil and she can get some, but she's not totally bathed in it. You dig?

edit: anyway it doesn't look so bad so don't sweat it, but try watering a bit to the side and let her dry out a little. When the plants are young and vegetating especially I like to foliar feed them. This way you can be feeding them without fear of over watering them.

Most common problems with novice growers is actually over water and over feeding. They don't need as much as you think.

Do you let the soil top dry up a little bit? I know two shots glasses of water per day doesn't sound like a lot but to a tiny seedling that can be a lot. Follow my advice and water less, or at least spread the water around the top of the pot so the soil has SOME moisture in it but it's not concentrated all in one spot where the little seedling is making it hard for her to get air. Also because you are using Plagron GrowMix make sure not to feed her for the first few weeks. Can't remember what it says on the bag 3-4 weeks or something?

Tang's right (obviously) you should be using LightMix for seedings. But it's okay no biggie. She'll be fine, I've grown seedling in LightMix, AllMix, BatMix and they've all worked out okay.
