Leaves drooping can be from over watering as well as under watering. Try letting them dry out a little. Perhaps water the soil a little further away from the seedling so the moisture will wick through the soil and she can get some, but she's not totally bathed in it. You dig?
edit: anyway it doesn't look so bad so don't sweat it, but try watering a bit to the side and let her dry out a little. When the plants are young and vegetating especially I like to foliar feed them. This way you can be feeding them without fear of over watering them.
Most common problems with novice growers is actually over water and over feeding. They don't need as much as you think.
