If i have 7 think different plants under a 250w cfl for 3 weeks how baddly affected will my yield be? Who reason i wanna do autos is because i can veg in a cupboard so it means less time. 10weeks wait im sort of thinking its worth vegging photos while i got some autos going in my tent then just shoving them under the 600w 12/12 for 10weeks for an extra two weeks i got more of a selection on strains and higher thc. Hoping i can put think different under thr cfl for 3weeks then wait 7 with em under the 600w and pull 2oz per plant?

Anyone got any advice on this? Think different under a blue 250w cfl for 3weeks before getting switched to 7 weeks of a 600w hps? Was thinking 6 think different in 9litre pots inside a 120x120 grow tent and hope too hit 2oz per plant. Please let me know your opinions as im gonna wanna start em before my current grow is down just as i hate waiting lol if not a good n reasonable idea i will use 9lot pots anyway will this always increase yield?
The 9lt is 2.4gal right? I got one grow going now using 3.4gal pots and I can say that watering them sometimes is difficult as they don't need wateting often, in the new dragon love shack I got 2.4g air pots, thinking this might be easier, I do know that a few weeks under the 250 will be very fine for just vegging anyhow... Getting the 600 after will be TOTALLY fine! Will be perfect size light for your tent, 6 plants will fit just perfect in there... Definitely what ever you choose start them off in the pot you plan on finishing them in....just looked it up and the 9lt pot I think will be perfect, same size pot as I was thinking... I think it's a very attainable goal with that strain to get close to 2oz per plant from what I've read... Won't know nothing though till ya try it... Always good to try new an different things and experiment! I think you'll do great.

Very bad idea as it has been tried. CFLs will end up stunting the flowering and it's hard to play catch up even after the switch. TDs just don't like CFL wavelengths. You're much better off running the HPS all the way through.

I think 1 week is enough or just place your led panel (if to powerful) further and it would not harm your small baby girls.
Tried. Not happy with the results. Switched lights in the same setup (soil, humidity, etc.) and saw a drastic difference. On ther hand, different strains were fine with it.
Doesnt sound like much, but two weeks is VERY critical to AFs as it's almost half their veg.
