Hi, Hope all who read this are well. This is my 2nd true grow on my own and I was wondering if I could get an opinion on how she's looking so far and if I should start on nutes. yet. She popped out on 10/3 and is about 2" tall atm. I have it in a 2x4 with MH FC400-Evo running @ about 20% with a blue Adlite supplement light. Both running on 18/6 schedule running around 78 & 60 on Temp. & Humidity, gave 1st feeding of kelp, 32oz water w/ a pinch of kelp in a 3gal. gorilla pot, earlier today. My question is should I switch over to veg now or keep @ seedling settings ? I know I'm close, if not there yet. It just means a slight adjustment to heat & humidity and starting regular feeding. I appreciate any responses and helpful comments.

Thanks all :)

I think it looks fine for 10 days above ground. The first 10-14 days is all root building the it goes into full vegetative growth.

Thanks Canna., shows what I know. It has doubled in size in 2 days, and I was just worried about things more than I should.. I forgot to say but it's Tangerine Dream Auto from BF. But again, thanks I appreciate the advice.

It does look a little gnarly but it should grow out of that.

Just like in nature (and many growers), my sprouted seeds grow in fertile soil under full light. Seedlings go into the tent with the other plants, get full light from the very start. The coco/perlite 5 gal. bags I use are charged with 1/2-strength veg feed.

Feeding 32 oz. (quart/liter) or any amount to such small plants may not be needed, presuming you started with well-watered media or soil. There's lots of water and just a small plant in those 3 gallon bags. To encourage root growth, I don't water sprouted seeds for ≥2 weeks, when they are switched over to full-strength feed.

Thanks for the responses/ advice. Hi Frank :). I agree on the watering. I've been fighting humidity ever since. Should have misted around it and waited another couple of days. I had already bumped the heat/ lights to 25%, that's got temp running around 78 degrees. Humidity in the tent is running around 50-52% and on the surface of the plant around 65%-68%. You're right Bll it was too much water, live and learn :). She does look a little weird, the leaves aren't even and there's some discoloration. This is a few minutes ago. Any comments/ advice ? She's 12 days old.

Some of the best weed comes from mutant or genetically different plants…. sometimes.

Good morning my friend :pass:

Here's hoping so. I'm hoping that Cannaficionado is right and she'll start looking a little better as she grows, cause right now she is a little fugly. Friday is 14 days and on Sat. I'll switch her over to veg.. Should I stick to misting the surface or just less water next time ? She's still got a little weight but sometime between tom. or best case Fri.. I'm going to have to give her a little love. What do y'all think ?

Good morning to you also Sir, I hope you're doing well :).
