Tiny Black Spider?

Most of my plants seem to have nute burn and that's all I thought it was. Until I just went in there again and I saw a tiny almost microscopic black spider. I hope it's not spider mites. I've looked at most of the leaves even under a microscope and I can't see any eggs or spiders or anything really but plant matter. I have 3-in-1 spray and insecticidal spray by Safer's if there is something wrong like spider mites. Will these pesticides work well? Is it spider mites? or something else? I have no pictures of the buy because I got rid of it when I saw it. Here's some pictures that I took under a microscope of 3 leafs from the plant that is most affected. As far as I can see, there's no eggs or mites right?

How old is the plant? That spray will work but don't use it unless you see bugs.

There are plants of all different stages, only one was hit hard its at day 50 or so and another just a bit at day 35 or so. But do think it's mites ? or just a deficiency?
