ooOOooo, nice new toy, Stickfriend! I like what it's telling you,... Alas, the BBK's,... I'd have thought the sativ. dom. strains would have spazzed out more than the Indica's,....:dunno: ...

:foxy: :karma Cloud: for them to get better, and bring you the famous goods they're known for!
Hey you. Stick likes nice tools. Stick not bragging, just telling. Stick has many, many tools. Man can never have enough good tools.

No, the sati-doms have some minor cal def going on, but overall I am liking what I am seeing. Lots O buds.
The GF-K looks pretty sad as well. If you remember right, she stretched big time and I think it is the pheno, as I took a cutting from her for a mother, before I flipped her. Mother is now in gallon container, and she is stretching more than she should. May need to cull from the herd.

Also have 1 small auto sized MOB x C99a flowering as well. She's small as I was going to veg her longer before flipping her, but ran out of room every where else. She is very healthy at the moment.

Peace.

Hey Brother! Just passing through... Sounds like tranquility is once again upon you and your garden. That is a good thing and I am glad for you.
Peace my friend.

Hey Bro! Just trying to catch up a bit here, not enough hours in the day!

just rehashed your thread and wanted to throw MHO in the mix. I don't know anything about super soils (just soils! LOL!). The one thing I've found amongst a lot of grows in trouble is that folks identify the deficiency but don't think very far as to why the deficiency. The pics compared to others and a deficiency graphic look like potassium. Just checking to see if you've found the fix (for my own memory banks!). Also, don't forget the old epsom salt gig for magnesium def (which also resembles your issue even more than K). Same appearance in roses as well as others. I noticed also on some of these that people tend to NOT seperate the Cal and the Mag defs. Definitely agree with all the others on strain differences as to requirements.

Hope it's gettin' better!
More Karma!

I was thinking Mg too--if he's using ground water, he probably has enough Ca in there, and too much Ca will lead to Mg going out of whack.

Thanks for all of your input.:tiphat:

The problem is nute lockout due to soil ph being to high (6.8-7) Ca, Mg, and K defs are all showing up because of it.

Correcting it by buffering my water down and doing some foliar feeding.

Brother Tx, I looked up yesterday what the ingredients were in GH Organic Ca/Mag +. The magnesium they use is Mag Chloride rather than Mag Sulfate (Epsom Salt). I have been using Epsom Salt, but will switch to Mag Chloride starting today.

Wow, I'm glad I use four drops per gallon of the ol' pH down now!

You are on to something I have suspected for some time. The Mag C is better for your body than epsom salt when you want to ABSORB Magnesium. So since I have been using the Mag C to make myself feel better, I thought that maybe plants could absorb the Mag better like humans do. I have found that the plant uptake in nutrients is very similar to human beings in the way they gain thier nutrients.

Peace

Eek

Brother Eek, yea the more I learn the more I see just how similar we truly are to that of plants in our many of our nutritional needs.

Peace.
