I don't harvest the whole plant at one time ... I harvest each bud when it is done putting out new pistils and the old pistils that are on the bud have dried up and turned brown ... generally at that point the fans leaves have yellowed from age not a deficiency and the sugar leaves are close behind .... auto plants can run long. Your pics show a plant in early flower w/ at least a month to go ... they look like they will provide a nice harvest.

Plenty of white pistils there and the buds haven't fattend up to maximum potential so still a way to go, i would say.

Perhaps there isn't enough lighting in there and that's why it's slow ?

Give us more details on the setup and we can give better advice.

All the best,

steely

Thanks for the advice so far.
I have 240W of CFL bulbs around it. I thought that the reason for slow flowering might be a mixture of a nute burn it had 5-6 weeks ago and also the soil is rather compact so I imagine roots may have trouble getting oxygen.

The water drains fine but will need more perlite next time.

This is just a guess, I am not an expert, and the pics could have shown more.

But as a guess.... a month, give or take a week. If you like an indica type of stone,
wait til half or more of the trikes look cloudy. If you like more of a sativa, about 10%.
Depends a lot on the genetics, as well.
