Ok so the age old question. To train autos or not to train autos?

Ive heard so many say not to and people that say do it.

So my question is for the people that have experience training autos. What method did u use? and Were you successful?

LST'ing or anything that resembles LST'ing is the only way to go with auto's.
Autos have a build in time in which they grow, topping or fimming will only slow or stunt your growth and takes time to recover.
Meaning that it's not really a good idea to do any high stress training.

Yet as with anything on autoflowers there's still people who do so and not every strain is the same so in the end it all comes down to a bit of judgement on your end.

:goodluck:
