I hear people talking about trimming the plant, like trimming the lower leafs to promote bud growth. Or to trim fan leafs. Can you prune an auto flower and not stunt it?

the life cycle of auto's is preaty short It's not a good idea to go topping them........I think.

I comsume raw canna leaf in my twice a week smoothies....but,I found that picking leaf from my autos was NOT a good idea...I keep a photo kush in veg for leaf production...autos need all the leaf for growth and at maturity they rely on the stored nutrients in the leaf to enrich the buds...so maybe tuck them under the new buds if they get to shading the budsites...

Joedirt : no, never trim autos. ("regular" autos).

But, as I asked here, what about trimming Stitch's Super Autos ???
They grow sometimes very tall and longer, sometimes 120 days... any advices for the optimum yield ?

Thank you !

I thought so!!!!! Thanks for the confirmation
