Hay bro You should leave a little gap between the lights if you can,the holes in the side of the lights are thermal vents to let the warm air out so they might overheat.

What Tang said bro especially the top led they may not say it on there lights but my generic led panel that looks just like yours they only recommend up to 16 hrs a day of use so you need to get those apart asap

Got my Panel Runnin 24/0 since 2 Months so far no Props. But indeed i would leave a lil space inbetween. As i had my Cfl next to the Ufo it was soakin Hot air in and thats not the best solution.

I put about a inch an half between lights.
