New Grower Total newbie "duh" question

So honestly I feel stupid even asking this.
I dropped seeds a week ago & everything is coming up & looking very nice. I have a question about my lights. I have leds, 2 sets, & each fixture has 2 separate switches. 1 for veg & 1 for bloom.. should I only be using the veg switch or should I have them both on?

Depends on the light. Generally veg lights are more bluish and bloom lights are orangey. Think MH and HPS. You probably want the veg/gro setting. How soon you turn on the bloom is another question....And that is Dependant on strain. Auto vs Photo and preference.

When I was growing with mass built led lights, I ran them full spectrum (both switches engaged) right from the start. I also ran those light around the clock. For me, full spectrum worked best. The choice is all yours.
