In a Nut Shell...My wife and I had never used cannabis in our lives and never smoked a cigarette. Last June 10th she was diagnosed with Stage3c Ovarian Cancer. Removed all the female parts, 1.5ft of small intestine, 1/2 of the colon and the entire Omentum. Chemo started a month after and by September she was down 29lbs and I made up my mind after watching Dr. Sanjay Gupta's special on WEED that I wasn't going to sit by and only trust the doctors best guesses (we have awesome doctors). The doctors also agreed with my plans to supplement their treatment.
I've been growing hydro-veggies for a few years so I was ready to roll except for the eventual smell so I built an indoor-attic grow room that looks a lot like a lab(grin). I researched like a madman and settled on Liberty Haze & Critical Kush & Lemon Skunk. I was told to only bother with feminized and not bother with Auto's because of low yields and strength. I'm a long time Epileptic from two pretty serious helicopter accidents from my 14yrs in the US Army along with other serious bone injuries etc...I figured I put my time in as both soldier and good citizen and said to hell with local ignorance. I tested the meds I found before giving any to my wife and that first time was one of the most amazing things I've experienced.
Long Story...Longer! My wife just completed her second scan after 9 months of chemo every week and she is still totally cancer free. Two weeks after starting on the new meds she was able to get rid of 11 of the 13 prescriptions she was given by the doctors for pain and chemo side-effects. I haven't had to take any Phenobarbital or any of my other harsh seizure meds since Christmas Eve 2013. I'm just now finishing up my 3rd harvest and received some free auto-seeds from Herbies. This will be my first attempt with an Auto and what I've got is World of Seeds Northern Lights x Big Bud. From what I've seen it looks like good stuff, but we shall see! I want to run some Auto's in between my long grows so that I can keep the meds up and hone my skills.
Our Outlook on Life & Medicine is changed forever! I hope others start waking up and taking charge of their health...
Sorry for the long ass intro, but I figured I would blab a little!
