Indoor training seedlings

Hi guys...I am unable to lower the lights as the seedlings are in with some mature flowering plants.
Would it be ok to train them at this stage if I thought hey were stretching too much

Depends what lights your using my friend has his hps's x2 600w nearly touching the top of the tent from start soo should be fine if you've got enough light, these forums have been dead recently nobody seems to wanna comment lol
