Whats up fellas,
I know as a rule of thumb, autos do not like being transplanted at all, it can possibly stunt their growth, reducing yield, etc.
Personally I've had a little more luck starting seeds (not autos) in jiffy pellets, rather than directly into the pot it will live in for the remainder of its life.
So, out of curiosity, I've seen these 100% coco seed starter pods at the store, kinda like the expanding jiffy pellets, but with coco. And I got to thinking, if the pot I'm going to be transplanting into is going to be a mix of coco/perlite, would the auto still be stunted if started in these coco starters first?
I can see why transplanting from a jiffy/peat pellet into coco would shock the plant, because of the change in medium. But would that be the case if transplanting from coco to coco?
