New Grower Trapper's Scrimmage Grow (Semi-Micro)

Okay....with 9 days worth of potential feeds to administer and a 40hr feed interval, that only allows for 5 more feeds....

So, since the plant will be soon experiencing the biggest and last flush of her life....I am going to push it a little bit (which for normal people probably translates to a VERY little bit)

Today was an "off-nute" day but I gave her some bloom anyway :) (less than half of what I give her on "on-nute" days)

Day 59

2300ml (60ml to Pawn #1)

.75 tsp. Big Bloom
.25 tsp. CaMg+ (0-0-0)
.25 tsp. Molasses
.1 tsp. Tiger Bloom (short pour 1/8th)
.0625 tsp. Cha-Ching

pH'd to 6.1
Temp: 77ºF
R/H: 26%

Getting around 15-20% run-off so not worried about nute build-up this time around.
So for the next 9 days I plan to adjust to "big nutes" days and "little nutes" days and hope that she matures some more during the flush.

The little test popcorn bud I snipped was dry (and very sticky) this morning. Smoked some and I have to say it's very nice. Not "rushy" now and light cerebral but solid body buzz and energetic/happy.

In 3 and a half weeks it should be perfect.

I'm definitely seeing density increase. :)

Pics in a bit.

Great man, obviously it's not a good representation yet but how did it taste?

Smooth, little earth, little incense slowly leads into a little peppery but not harsh or coughy. Not really sweet or citrus yet.

I don't know a lot, but I do know that it's safe to categorize these trichs as "pretty crazy" :)

I'm astonished by how frosty those buds are!! You are in for some potent smoke I think.

I would tend to agree....it will be interesting to see whether it's "perfect timing" upon return from the big island or if she's "couch-lock/mostly amber" by then.
I hope she's still a bit young when I get back, if anything...then I can just elongate the flush until it's time to chop.

I think you are going to be fine on the finish.
Once you are in that end time flush, you have a bit of leeway with the more mature buds and the younger buds.

My usual habit is take the whole plant at once and after cure, to smoke off all the smaller, less mature buds, letting the bigger and more mature buds cure a bit longer. that is what I smoke at the end of the strain, or just keep aside to share with loved ones and friends.

Good call....best for last. :)
