Yep, I was going to say the same thing.. You can also leave them in the jars and pull them out for an hour or so a few times a day to help dry. I've done that when I thought they were still too wet.. I've always hung mine for 4-5 days and then put in box for another couple so I'm no expert on your method, but definitely keep them below 70%. I'm excited to try the Bovedas this time around as well!
