Alright! Great start and wise to "harden" them slowly...cool, this is gonna be great!
Slow and steady wins the race!.. I'm kinda shooting for next weekend to have these ready for outside. I just got my green ventilation set up in the mail, so this weekend I will be framing the ends of my hoop house, and get it ready for the girls!

Here are some pics of the starting of my hoop house. It's nothing special, but will be nice and sturdy when done. What I used was what they call cattle panel fencing. It comes in 16ftx 4ft section @ $20 a piece. I chose a 8x12ft floor space so I needed 3 total. As you can see in the pics, just cut down a dead tree and set that as my side base piece. Then you take your panel, lay it flat on the ground and butt up one end of the panel against the tree. Then just push the panel towards the tree and force the panel to bow up as you walk towards the tree with the panel in hand. I had cut 6 scrap lumber pieces with a point on it to make a temp wood steak. So when I was at my 8 ft mark I took my 2x4 steak and hammered it into the dirt to hold the panel in place. This was all just temporary until I had another tree and plastic....more to come on the hoop house hoop house pic 2.jpghoop house pic 1.jpg

Day 16

Today I woke up and put the girls under the shade cloth for 1.5 hrs from 930-11 am. But I noticed yesterday that just a couple plants had some yellowish spots on a couple leaves. One Mazar and on Snow storm. Both are in different spots on the table so its not just one location. I looked and saw no bugs. I moved the light up two links on the chains just incase I got it too close... Anyone have an idea? Time for nutes?...maybe that I've been taking them outside to start getting acclimated to the outdoors?

Here are some better pictures of the girls outside this AM. One picture is to show you the shade cloth set up for when they get outside time. They didn't get any outside time yesterday just cause we were both stressin out and didn't need to have more. lol I measured the light height last night when I got off work and my height was at 18.5in from canopy. I moved it up to 22in just to be precautious. Honestly I think it's gotta be the FFOF cause this burn is only effecting my Mazar, Cindy Widow, and Snowstorm, and NOT Think Different or Med Gom. The were a little on the dryer side so I flushed the today while they sit outside... what do you guys think form the pics?
Thanks in Advance

Sorry for not posting for a few days. I was trying to figure out what was going on with my girls. It seems that the shade cloth wasn't providing enough blockage from the direct sunlight they were receiving from the AM outdoor sessions I was giving them. First I thought it was my light burning them, so I moved my 250 HPS to almost 2 ft from the canopy. With this change and same regiment, I noticed no change. I took a real close look at them under the shade and noticed that the random burn spots were little dots the same size as the dots of light that the shade allows to pass through. So I keep them completely inside for 48 hrs with no outside sessions, and BAM, the burning stopped! Noticed the change the first session they skipped. I moved my light down to 20in above the canopy at the 24hr mark. Checked at hr 48, still no burn. ALL GOOD NOW!

Today was an over cast day so I took them out for watering. I started using some nutes today being end of week 3. I used FF Big bloom and some General hydro's cali- mag. Both at 1/4 strength. We will see how they like it.

Day 24
Everything still looking great. It looks like the girls loved the FF Big Bloom and the cal/mag I used 2 days ago. The Think Diff is showing the best vertical growth and new growth. The Snow storm is close behind in 2nd. The TD is staring new growth/ branch growth at the first set of leaves!! More to come, but for now must go put finish my hoop house at my other site.
