Hi guys.I didnt get my other timer this week so I had to make a small change till it does get here.So i went out and got an 8 dollar light timer.it was only a two prong,not a three.SO,
I took an adapter and screwed the exposed end down under the small socket screw.and plugged everything in and ,yup(light bulb) works fine and its now a temp. grounded plug.Just a small helpful hint if ya wanna save a couple bucks or need something done yesterday.
And dont worry,I do have experiance with electronics,ohm's law.faradys law n so forth.it works.
