Waira, I just read back , travel up vascular system , shit that’s scary ,
Do you think with above info about me stupidity pulling them leaves , that I may have better chance of it not spreading?, I’m sure this is self inflicted, and fact that they were tallest colas and not getting the breeze, sorry that’s imposible question. Heads spinning , time for rocket.

no, if fact, any open 'wounds" will allow spores to get in,.. this happened to me the first time outside at this new cooler, more humid location this year,.. it got into the main stem right at the leaf junction with the stem, from me yanking them off tom open up the inside areas some,..
yeah, it's a shit-show mate, do what you can with higher t and lower RH%, surgery, constant hawking,.. sweat it out to finish or near as you dare,.. i took part of one plant early because it was going to be lost otherwise...
one thing you can do with leaf junction, or broken branches (had that too, mold got in there as well) is to get that powdered Sulfur product for fungal treatment, and make a think :"paint" with it and apply with a mini-brush... usually it'll stop surface infections cold! .... once inside though-
