Lighting Uv-b lighting.

Does anyone have experience with uv-b lighting? I bought this http://www.htgsupply.com/products/agromax-pure-uv-t5-bulb-4-foot and I'm just curious how long i should leave this specific light on and the distance i should keep it at. I imagine every strain has different tolerances so idk. Just lookig to use this as a supplement for the last week-2 weeks of flower. My main lights are led.

I have used uvb,54 watt t5 bulb on a few grows also.I had it in a 8 bulb 4ft fixture and ran it for about two weeks before harvest and I did see an increase in trychomes but the strain i used it on really has alot anyway.I had it at 12 inches from flower tops for my usual 18\6

I feel like i should only leave it on for a couple of hours . Especially with autos being sensitive. I torched a plant the first time i tried this. Way too close. And my lights are on for 20 hrs. Currently i have them at 6 inches from the tops. I'll raise it. Ive only been leaving the uvb lights on for 4 hours.
