I haven't commented on you ventilation cause I am not a tent grower. My small room I only run in the Winter so cooling is not a problem. For ventilation I use a 4Inch duct fan blowing into the room, a circulation fan inside just one of those table mounted contant swivel jobs and a 4 inch duct fan on the exit.
