So glad that I read this! My first grows as well. Lost quite a few at the beginning and now I am just seeing slow growth as well so this is comforting.

Luckily mine was able to bounce back and grow quite a bit. Attached is how mine looks now. It was small and looked like it would not grow anymore but luckily it did not stop.
