I don't know why I waited so long to grow Autos, the growth rate is incredible. The AK49 is about 11 inches tall, smells like jolly ranchers if the leaves get moved about. Otherwise she is developing a strong odor like the breeder has described. I have started using Humboldts' Oneness (300ppm) and 100pm of Indonesian bat guano with agave last week. I'm kinda nervous about upping the ferts since the soil is ocean forest. So far I'm glad I took chance on this unknown strain, I personally think its just an Auto AK with a different name. I will be upgrading to a Black Star 135w in a few days. You guys out there do some impressive work with LED's so I will be playing catch up.

Thanks everybody, I went through some slight PH problems past week figured the filtered water I use would be around 6.0-7.0 like usual but that water was tested at 4.0 the other day no wonder me and her have been sluggish lately. Note to self ALWAYS TEST PH. Did some research and its looking like she has Nitrogen lock out lime green tips and spindly new growth. So I upped my nutes to 700pm from 600 (baby steps) at 6.0/ runoff in the tray slightly above 6.5 so I think everything is back to normal. I need to get PH probe, the liquid test works but it can be a hassle.

Looks good! nice flowering for 43 days.I am about to start 30 of these.so i will be watching your grow for tips.So they do smell as bad as they say they do!Might have to step up filtration.Thieves seem to have a good nose!

I have 2 cpu fans pushing out into a 4 inch duct fan going into a small bucket maybe a gallon full of ona/soil moist for odor control. Soon as the ona bucket starts to dry out pure ganja goodness can be noticeable from the front door of my apartment. Id suggest you just check your system for leaks and have more than one media to control odor. Carbon with Ona should be fine. Not sure I'm going to grow this strain again until I get a better system working for the smell. midman4u if your growing outdoors I would grow some stinky plants like onions around also.
