Well fellas I have now been at it long enough to have a germination ratio.

I am ashamed to say I am sitting at 67%.

I am using a germ tray with plastic dome. 77 degrees / 70% humidity.

Perhaps either Midweek Song (bank) or Samsara Seeds (breeder) has something to do with this?

Below is my dead pool. Do you see a common denominator?

I know I am a rookie to "real" projects, but I have germinated many seeds before; cannabis and catnip to pumpkins and corn. This is the first time I have ever used "very good" conditions and a germination tray. I really think the issue is with Midweek Song or Samsara.

Not one Supersonic Cristal Storm popped.

Other than Samsara seeds, I had one not pop.

No issues with FastBuds, Pyramid, Greenhouse or Spanish Seeds. 10 other seeds popped with no issue.

I am struggling to take fault on this one. Time will tell. I will update the post after my next round.

If you are not having germ problems with fast buds, pyramid greenhouse or Spanish then its not your fault man! I'd be contacting Midweek and Samsara about their germ rated and hopefully they compensate!

Midweek Song does not want to hear about it. They stand firm that they sell seeds for collection purposes only. Their policy made me think about painting little pieces of clay with black dots and selling them as cannabis seeds...

I have not reached out to Samsara at this point.

That sucks. Oh well...chalk it up as experience and spread the word when the company comes up. I know I wont even look at Midweek after reading this. I've been very fortunate in seed selection(I do very intensive internet research before I approve a strain or company) over the years though I have been burned before by improperly listed outdoor finish times.

In fairness to Midweek Song yet, it is not over yet. I threw an email over this morning. My statement was based on a clearly emphasized position placed prominently under policies at Midweek Song's website when logged in under my name.

Hopefully they make good. Regardless of their policy if they are selling dead seeds, they will create one hell of a bad name for their company, if they continue to take peoples money and send out bunk seed. Good luck!

Confirmed: went 2 for 2 on Dinafem Roadrunner #2 germination as of late this evening, or early this morning. (for my desk lamp)
