I have a compost company not too far away that sells a lot of soil aimed at cannabis cultivation. I'm thinking I'll use their Gwen's mix in a raised bed this year. It seems like a great starting place, can someone take a look at the ingredient list and see if there is anything I should plan on adding?

Seems legit. I'd be cautious with autos as any water-only mix designed for heavy feeding photos will nuke a young seedling, but maybe a little starter mix or neutral coco added in would get you the right nutrient ratios. I'd want to also understand what their compost is made from and what, "compost commodore," is as I've never heard that term.

Edit: looks like they list the ingredients again on that page but call it, "compost cow manure," so maybe commodore is a typo or a voice to text mistake. That reinforces my point about the soil probably being fairly hot, chicken and cow manures add a TON of nitrogen.

Thanks low, I picked up a 1/2 yard for my raised beds and put a couple of 3 week old plants in.

So far they aren't showing any signs of nute burn but the Ph of the soil is high. It's reading out at almost 8 right now, which seems strange because it's supposed to be optimized for cannabis.

Top dressing my small test pot caused my flowering plant's bottom couple of leaves to start to yellow, I'm thinking from nute lockout. The ph before top dressing was right around 6.5, but shot up to almost 8 after adding the Gwen's mix. I'm reading up on how to quickly and organically adjust the ph down, and so far I think watering with cold coffee is the plan.
