Hi, wasn't sure where to ask this, but I'll try here :)
I am growing in sunshine mix#4 in 5g smart pots and 2g smart pots. They seem to hold water for 6-10 days depending on the size of the plant. Originally I was only watering 1-1.5 liters of water per 5g pot and that would give me a 4 day frequency. Since I started to water to run off (4ish liters) it takes over a week for the next watering. I am worried this is too long for it to be saturated in water ? I have 2 oscillating tower fans and 2 clip on fans in the tent and a 6" exhaust fan. For intake I just have the tent flaps open. 2 led Viperspectra 900 and 300 (450 and 125 actual watts). I am not sure the humidity levels, but It is very dry in the house, so I would guess low.

It seems to me this is too long between watering to maximize feedings.

Thx for any input :)

For the first 3 or 4 weeks I soak the pot completely once a week. Usually mine don't need watering for 2 weeks from when I first soak the pot prior to planting. They love it it would be like a heavy rain shower every week.

I like that I only need to water once a week. But isn't it counter productive to not get as many nutrient feedings ? Following my fert schedule of water, water and feed, that is 1 feed every 3 weeks.

I feed every week just a slightly weakened version. That way you feed every other feed.
