Yeah I do apologize for having a go, to be honest I was 100% it was nemsis one. Around 6 months ago we noticed an issue the Modular 10 units however it turned out it was only a small stock of ten that were affected. At the time we had sold close to a seven hundred modular ten units and we didn't know if it was going to affect all units so we discontinued the model and started arranging with our suppliers a solution to fix the issue on a large scale. After receiving 5 returned faulty units we found the cause of the issue and also that they were all from the same small stock following a big change we had made to the optics and assembly which was changed again after that stock. So we offered replacements units to all customers who had a unit from that stock and set aside units for the people who didn't have faults or didn't want to send there units back mid grow. The last two units were returned to me last week and the guys who own them are best mates and have brought lights of me for three years I talked to them last night and they said they were really happy with the way ive sorted everything out. I explained this to Nemsis one a while back before he had turned on me, also he knows how old I am and he starts his posts with this is not a personal attack and he gets very possessive over me when he cant get in contact with me personally. So the posts yesterday really got to me because I lost out big time replacing those units and then that had been turned on me to make me look bad were realistically it was a factory fault that was out of my hands and I did everything possible to sort it out. There is serial number on the label on the back of the lights people can quote which I can verify with out them giving names or order details. I wont post like that again on the site.
