HI guys, and first off thanks for any help you can provide. :pighug:

I just converted from a micro cab with a diy cob (38w) fixture to a tent with a 150w hps. I placed my plants in it last night, and was gone all day today. I just got home not long ago to find a couple plants with some bad looking burns/death spots. The worse being a "shot glass" grow, and then some on a larger (lol 1/2 gal pot, remember micro^^) plant. They are different genetics, 1 being auto, and 1 being random photo. Besides the tent and light nothing has changed. I am using an diy organic soil, earth juice nutes, (bloom, microblast, catalyst, meta-k, & big bloomin' guano) as well as kelp extracts, and fishy juice, both by pennington. The water is filtered tap (dechlorinated) , and is 6.8 going in the soil and looks to be the same coming out. The day before placing anything in it I ran the light for 24 hours to gauge temps, and they did not break 80f. The tent is inside, and I have not seen any insects to speak of. The flowering plant has been getting full strength flowering nutes for ~2 weeks with no change in amounts, and the 2oz cup is getting 1/2 veg strength, and 1/4 flowering strength nutes.

If there is any other info I can give please ask, and I will do my best to answer.

Thanks again for the help guys. Till later, take care.:smoking:

Hi guys, just checkin' in... Hoping someone can give me a hand.

Wish i could help you but i doubt thats due to the light. Have you check a deficiency chart?

Hi minime, thanks for chiming in.

I did, and to me it looks like a phosphorus def. However I don't think it is the problem. I also don't think it is the light. I just have never used any kind of hps/mh lights. With it being the biggest change, I figured it might be the reason.
Pennington fish fert 5-1-1
pennington kelp 0.13-0-0.6
bloom 0-3-1
big bloomin guano 0-4-0
Meta-k 0-0-5
Microblast is Mg0.50% – B0.02% – Co0.005% – Fe0.10% – Mn0.10% – Mo0.0005% – Zn0.05%
Catalyst is a molasses/kelp based liquid N0.03% – P0.01% – K0.10%

I also use my own molasses, and humoldts golden tree 0-0-2.5 time to time. I've just given them fresh clean water for now. Also this seems to be on only 2 plants out of 7 ranging from seedling to nearing harvest. Till later, take care.
