Hey just posted some of my babies I have growing... It's been about 2 weeks since this started. First with the cotyledons and then the first fan leaves that grew and up and up now...

I think it's a nitrogen deficiency? If anybody thinks differently could you let me know please :)

It's been grown in pro mix outdoors no other ferts than what was in the soil already...

When I get a cause I will look up organic solutions since I haven't used any outside nutes...

Looks like N to me, too. I'm not the expert here, though. There is a few here that will come along shortly, and guide you in the right direction, for sure. Hang tight and good luck!

Peace

If you havn't used nutes yet she could use some veg nutes. It's not uncommon for some lower leaves to turn yellow so not to worry. You also have a lot of small leaves and side branches at the bottom that i would remove because they don't get enough light and won't amount to much.I f you do remove that bottom stuff you could add more soil to your pot if you have it to give the roots more room for growth. One more thing you could do is try and tie those branches up some how because once the buds get going the weight is going to make them hang down even more.

Thanks so much for the help guys :) ya I was thinking of trimming some of the bigger leaves off the 2 that stand up right. Didn't know if it was the right time yet...

:toke:-- they need nutes mate, Promix is nearly devoid of them, it is not a true soil, it's in fact a soilless media,.... this why they've stayed small and scruffy, are pale (N defc.), and are now already eating their lower fan leaves,... feeding in Promix should start by the second week.... Start ASAP, at 1/4 strength, depending on what you have and the N=P=K #'s,... let us know,....

These are some of the pics today... The bigger fan leaves have some shiny darker green spots on the edges... Is that early nitrogen tox? Might have added to much

So I added some coffee grounds, dolomite lime to the soil... I also have a 4 - 6 - 8 pellet fertilizer that I used at half strength (said 2 tbsp I used 1)... The water is not ph tested but the tap water here runs at 5.8-6.5 (was my first grow late in season didn't have funds for proper ph tester). The fertilizer said use every 3-4 weeks.... Should I use it more often lol? it's meant for tomatoes and supposed to put 1.5kg at start of season so I guess put more?

Also @Waira how big are they supposed to be when fed properly 0o? These are 25-28 inches tall at week 5 from seed so far

....well, coffee grounds tend to acidify, dolomite buffers acids, so nothing gained there..dolomite is very slow acting as well,... pellet food isn't a good choice, too slow, and creates hot spots that the roots won't like,.. get some proper cannabis nutrients if you can , or at least some form of liquid fert's...
